Alignment is not a feeling.

Hi [FIRST NAME GOES HERE],

As leaders, we often treat alignment like it’s a feeling.

“If the meeting felt good, we must be aligned.”
“If we didn’t disagree, everything must be fine.”
“If the energy was smooth, then we’re on the same page.”

But alignment has never been emotional.

Alignment is a system.

A system built on:

clear roles
clear decision rights
honest conversations
shared expectations
consistent communication
rhythms that keep things from drifting
When alignment depends on how things feel, it can change day to day.
When alignment depends on structure, it stays steady even in stressful seasons.

So here’s the question for your leadership this week:

Do you have a system that keeps you aligned,
or are you relying on feelings to tell you everything is okay?

If you’re in a season where clarity, alignment, and communication matter, I’m here to support you.

Wishing you a grounded and clear week,
David
